really? I have played them, and that would be my #2 choice(aside from Jackson of course) But If you own one, maybe you know more about it. I have only played a handfull.

im more of a les paul man myself. the prs feels a lil bit delicate. whereas the the les paul standard (or custom..not really a fan of those either, was goin to buy one) has a gutteral and meaty feel. its like you can beat the shit out of it.

maybe it 's a weight thing for you. I can't stand Les Pauls, because they are FAAAAR too heavy. my Ibanez weighs a ton, but is fast as hell, and I always had the impression that PRS guitars would take a serious thrashing.

for some reason im too scared too.. and my custom 24 weighs a ton. Its a one piece maple top rather than a split. its a beaut, but definately not worth the £2200 i paid. its a fantastic guitar, but theres only a certain limit to how good things can get and i guess say like the tremonti se feels very similar and thats only about £400.
