Ebay is pretty much the only place you can get these, and they do not appear too often. I got this one from Mexico, so I was worried it might be a boot, but it looks sufficiently authentic to me.

The Demos 2000 tape is still floating around. It's not especially rare, but has a few hard to find tracks. You should be able to get it for $10 or less.
