I got it from eBay a while back. And I'm sure you know it's a pretty sought-after item so it was pretty damn expensive. In fact, it's the fifth most expensive music purchase I've ever made. But it's in mint condition and it's a fantastic release so looking back, I've got no regrets. I enjoy collecting rare items anyhow.

Beforehand I tried contacting a few sites that were advertising the item but they were all sites no longer running, or no longer selling it. It pops up on eBay from time to time but I think it typically sells from $80-130.
