I can do one better. My copy of Deathcult for Eternity, I bought from a random seller on amazon. I paid the upcharge for priority shipping (I think it made it $23 total)

The seller sent it media mail... and when I questioned him about it, instead of even answering, he just refunded my entire total.
My copy of Deathcult was free.
