Yeah I only got into Nile properly this year, despite being one of the first death metal bands I ever heard when I was 14. Own their first four now and they're all great.

I stayed on the first four for the longest time. There are some purists that only like the first one (and demos) or maybe the next two. I got into them between Darkened Shrines and Annihilation and saw them on the tour for the latter. AotW has always been my favorite - a truly formative album for me. The rest of the discography is also worth investigating as it contains some great albums and some of Nile's best songs.

Really good experience there. Death Force same thing, contacted the band direct. Already own probably 5 different copies of Destruction System, but couldn't help myself...wanted that new artwork

Nah this is the first copy I've actually owned so I can't comment on any previous versions. The sound is great on this reissue though, well worth grabbing a copy.
