i think you should also dye your hair a lighter color to accent your eyes better...

Lightening the hair will just wash the color out, Id say go darker. The contrast of dark and light is quite the noticable contrast.

Completely agree. I have natural red hair and green eyes and whenever I dye my hair dark red, people really start complimenting my eyes. Dark hair does wonders for light eyes. It makes them really stand out.

It does. And likewise I think it's really cool when people with very pale skin have light blond hair and dark eyes. It's dramatic looking.
