Im not good on forums could some one explain how you post pics here?or why it wont let me set my pic on display under my name?

It's gotta be small enough, to be allowed as an avatar. I'm not sure what the size is, to be honest though.

Posting pictures is normally done through an image hosting site such as imageshack.us You upload an image and then paste the url of that image into the box that pops up with you click the image symbol just above where you type a post (it kinds looks like a stamp). Hope that helps.
