Power Amp sim with RedWire impulses?

So i posted a clip on another forum of the Red Wire impulses and someone asked me which poweramp sim i was using cause the impulses are just the cab....Is that correct?

If so, IS there a poweramp sim out there? I thought impulses took care of that?

You can't create a cab impulse without a power amp, that guy just doesn't know what he's talking about.
