When the house lights came on before her GB/VIP encore and about half the folks left: “Oh, no! It’s a game! I say it’s over, and you say you want one more song! I feel like such an asshole!”
“I just finished soundcheck with Devin Townsend. I thought, ‘I should put on some lipstick for these people.’ But now I’m afraid I look like the guy from The Cure.”
Devin was a one-man highlight reel as well, although much of it was so rapid-fire that I don’t remember it. I do recall one comment that his manhood was measured in Canadian inches.
