This is may first ever paid mix for an external band. the band paid a total of £225 for everything

Drums are superior 2.0 with drumagog replacements on kick/snare
Guitars are Pod HD PRO
Bass is Ampeg SVX
Vocals Tracked with an SM7b
Mastering Suite Ozone 5

I understand the guitars are slightly loud in this mix but it was specified by the client (their needs come first)

I basicly want your opinions on if you think i offer good value for money.

I'd pull about 2-4db from 1.5-3.5khz on the guitars and definitely put the kick and snare a little higher. Other than that, it all sounds good- very practical for the quality of product you're pushing out.

On a second listen- the beginning is much louder than what you anticipate the rest of the music to be. The snare is way buried. There isn't much impact when the first part of the song breaks in.

Also listening to the song open up after the intro it sounds kinda muddy in comparison. The vocals themselves could use some more highs to cut a little more and make it sound a bit clearer.
