PROBLEM INSTALLING FONTS!

ok so i downloaded a crapload of sweet fonts for some of my photoshop projects, but now theres a problem.

when i go to install my fonts, it says :
"<font name here> is already in use and failed to install"

but it wasnt already in use

Have you tried copying and pasting them directly to the fonts folder (C:\Windows\Fonts) ???

first things first: What Program are you using?

^doesn't matter, you should just copy them to your fonts folder and close and open the program again
