I used to use Sonar + Pristine space for cab impulses. I made some of my own and that's what I tended to use.
Now I'm using a Mac and Digital Performer and a free convolution plug in, but the ones I made don't work properly with it. They're really murky and distant.
Admittedly it's a really basic plug-in ..basically what you expect for a freebee. I figured I just need to get a decent plug in (still should really), but guitarhacks impulses DO seem to work fine with it.
So.. wtf? what's the difference between mine and others? With pristine space on pc they all worked...
