I like that idea a lot. I'd be much more likely to buy a poster than a t-shirt.

Do up a shirt RAWK STAW style. chop off the sleeves, and cut open the sides. Remove some material, hem over the edges, put in some eyelet grommets, and lace up the sides. Kinda like a biker's vest.

Make sure to show a little skin, though. Don't lace it back up completely shut!
