Cubase

what.. you mean pro tools is stable, and you know cubase is going to crash?

Logan Mader is such a badass !!

really? you think so? me and Andy held him down right after that picture was taken and tickled him... he giggled like a little girl the whole time... that's not so badass, if you ask me.

j/k...seriously though, Logan is a good guy and good mixer.

I guess what it was trying to say is that 2 pro tools are going to crash into cubase, national and to some extent international hysteria will ensue, maybe we'll even get a war against Digidesign and we'll all get locked up without trial because we use the same forum as James :goggly:

edit: i got it the wrong way around the first time, all good now :)

lol i just remember him from old school Machine head....He was such a heavy guitar player and his live performance was great.....The fucking Tattoos on his chest are killer too......not to sound gay

Windows only DAW. I believe it requires its own hardware like PT but I could be wrong. I think mainly guys doing classical are using Pyramix.

Sounblade on the other hand...

Classical and mastering. It's really great actually. I've had the opportunity to use it on a couple occasions. I believe there is more than one version, the better of which requires hardware, while then lesser doesn't. Could be outdated info. Attention to detail is what that stuff is all about!

Anyway, I didn't read the whole thread, but I did initially think protools was supposed to be a picnic in the mountains, which seemed nice.
