Question about a CD vendor during PPUSAXI!!!

Last year there was a vendor set up at the whole table at the far left of the entrance of Vinyl, behind Nightmare Records right where Glenn had his inside sale this year (going up 3 stairs). What vendor was it and why it was nowhere to be found at this year's fest? I found so many great deals last year from those guys, including Loudness' Thunder in the East for a whooping $10.

It was Sentinel Steel. And that Loudness was in the boxes this year right over at the steps leading up to that stage, though you obviously did not need one.
