Question about a certain synth sound

In the beginning of "Freefall" off the "Re-route To Remain" cd theres this synth that sounds kind of like a wind-up toy almost. Does anyone know what kind of synth that is or how you would go about getting a sound similar to that?

oh its like a childs toy sound isn't it - i'd say its close to a jewelry box sound - the closest instrument i know is an african one called a mbira - maybe with some eq'ing you could get it to sound close. or else sample it yourself from a jewelry box and a mic by plucking each note - sorry i cant help any more

On my EWQL colossus the music box has a very small range of playable notes and it pisses me off, so I use Celesta.
