First off, stop being nice - some people are stupid and don't get hints. Second, document all incidents (for possible legal action), and if you're lucky, you'll have a witness around at the time.

p.s. Get married... that seemed to help a friend's problem, though, HA, that still doesn't stop some. If you are not "legally attached" to a significant other, the psychotic ex may view you as free game.

i've never had anything like that OfficerNice, and i broke up a lot of relationships in my life.
usually, i always try to keep it as friendly as possible, the way i see it, this person i broke up with, used to be someone i cared about, and probably still do, so i try to keep ot friendly.
some of my ex's try to get back to me or whatever, but it was never "too crazy to handle"
however,
my ex bf in Holland is an idiot, seriously he is an idiot, and i'll never stay friends with a person like that, i cant believe i was so blind, im so glad i ended that in time,
and my other ex, he was very important to me, he's a great guy, i love him as a person, but we just cant get along as friends.. too much happened.
oh well.
but hey, im not saying all that to make you feel that "you're alone" in this,
we cant chose our lovers, just like we cant chose our ex's.
and sometimes they can get crazy....
i hope she will move on soon, because seems to me, she hasnt gotten her closer yet.

I actually would get a restraining order though dude. My buddy and his wife used to have crazy screaming matches when they were going out. Her roomates freaked out and got a restraining order against him cuz they thought he was gonna hit her. It royally pissed him off, but it was actually sorta funny cuz a couple of those stupid bee-otches worked in the campus bookstore. My buddy had to give me money to buy his books for him every semester. LMAO!

hmm thats very natural of her Officer, and that explains a lot now.
she just broke up from a relationship, and when she felt sad and lonely, she immidiatly thought about the last time she felt so happy with someone
so naturally: she thought about you.
I'll say that again: the only reason she thinks about you and keeps going after you, is because she hasnt gotten her closer. YET.
she still loves you obviously, and had a wonderful time with you, but a closer can close everything for you about a certain person, even if you still love that person.
i hope she will find her closer soon.
