Question about promo photos...

So yea, the time has come to gear up for a release. My band is currently getting promo photos done and I have a question regarding what to wear. :Smug:

Would it be tacky of me to wear one of my old band's shirts in the promo photos for my new band? The old band is back together and plays in the same areas that we play in. I didn't leave on bad terms or anything like that. I'm just trying to not look like a jackass here. What do you guys think?
