question about Sodom's AUSGEBOMBT

recently i was listening to Sodom's Ausgebombt and began to wonder...
what the hell does Ausgebombt mean?
I went to a couple of translator websites but they wouldn't translate it.
is it a slang word or something?

As a German I'd say that ausgebombt is when a place is bombed so thoroughly that there isn't anything usefull left.

You probably couldn't find it because the word is in past tense. It literally means bombed-out, but it may very well have the connotation stated above.
