Question for Ted

Hi,

In the review of TOW by Prog Nose it's said that your voice sounds a bit like Francis Dunnery's of It Bites and that the songs seem similar in structure to It Bites.

I was amazed when I read this. Francis is the last person your voice makes me think of. Your voice has a much bigger range as is much clearer in my opinion. How do you feel about this comparison?

What is It Bites?

A proggish UK rock band from the mid-late 80's....Dunnery was the guitarist and lead singer....I agree with Keeper -- although Dunnery has a good voice, and one that is sometimes pretty interesting, I think Ted's is significantly fuller, more expressive, and more lyrical - not to mention having a wider range!

Check them out yourself if ya want - www.itbites.com and www.francisdunnery.com . Don't be expecting Enchant, though!

I am a big fan of It Bites. I would recommend their second release, Once around the World highly. Like Mare mentions, they are prog-pop. Once around the World is probably the most proggy release and my favorite. Any A.C.T or Jadis fans should definitely check them out.

Hey PMF what city is that? Pittsburgh? If it is, then I am suprised that a photo can make it look that nice.:Spin:
