Just watch and wait. A good deal always comes along eventually.

I have a 97 Honda Accord and it had a lot of problems when i first got it but everybody i know thats owned a Honda said there amazing, i love my car aside from the problems it has.

plus leather seats and gas mileage :kickass:

'97 was the last year of the fifth gen Accord, '98 was the first year of the sixth gen, so I guess some design changes were made that greatly improved reliability.

How much resell value do you think I could get from a 94 or 97 or something Saturn SL that's moderately scratched up and makes an irritating humming noise?

Your going to end up spending more to fix the car when you can just go get a new one. Put down some of it towards something new. I'm sure you can find something in Houston within' your price range.

fuck one year off :erk: i suppose having 127,000 miles would contribute to that.
