Messangers mastering is totaly OVER THE TOP, it hurts in both ways!!!
The mix is great, but the mastering is destroying it.....

Oh yeah Matt is an incredible drummer, there's a YouTube video of him tracking drums for a track off constellations and he really is a machine. But my point is that the production on the drums to me makes them sound totally fake and triggered. Maybe I'm just not a fan of 'in your face' cymbals.
