Nope. It's the crappy Dual Reverb 100w model but it was slightly modded years ago. It has shiloads of gain and the mid band eq voicing is lower.
I'm not sure about the kick. I think it was a personal attempt to blend the D4 fusion and monster Kick. You can grab it here:

The snare is 50% BFD Evil Drums tama Stewart Copeland , 50% Slate Snare 2 or something like that.

Sounds good man. It has a nice growl to it but the chord sound nice a big.

Nothing fancy. Good ole Firepod for better or worst. The MPA gold is ok as long as you swap the factory tubes with something else and I think the inpedance input control is definitely useful to reduce fizziness especially with a 57.
