I bought a pair of BS300 for my monitors in my home setup. I opened the first pack and found when assembling one of the plastic screws which go on the bottom for stabilisation, wouldn't come out when i wanted to replace them with the metal spikes. I tried for half an hour trying to get it out, resorting to plyers to try and twist it out. Eventually it came out....well half it did anyway, while manging to cut my hand. So Im still thinking that one over. Any advice on getting out a plastic screw? I thought maybe melting it out....seems quite stupid however.
I then opened the second box and found one of the longer allen bolt screws is missing....how fucking annoying. I was still quite looking forward to the difference in sound using speaker stands, However, I must wait till quik lok send me a replace screw....if they ever do. Can you buy those type of screws from shops?
Suffice to say, Im quite pissed off.
