my old band was actually scheduled to be direct support for Damageplan at the machineshop in Flint Mi the day after the al larosa(sp?) gig... I was pumped to possibly meet and share the stage with the last metal guitarist that really mattered to me...

I remember getting up for work feeling great for the nights festivities when a friend told me the horrible news..I still have unused tickets and a poster from a show that never happened

R.I.P. Dime!!!! The Riffs, the tone, the chops, the attitude..it will never be forgotten!

Damn thats crazy. I'd have mixed feelings about such items. In a way it seems like they would be sort of morbid artifacts of a tragic time, but also, they're valuable mementos of great possibilities. Don't let those go!

I was watching the Vulgar Videos today and I got the willies watching that video too.

The finger and the face Dime makes during the solo is one of my favorite moments in Pantera History hahaha.

I get chills down my spine when i watch "Monsters in Moscow", it has to be the best gig played by Metallica, AC/DC and Pantera ever.
So incredibly tight, and the fuckin' kick in the face is so hard it actually hurts to watch!
