there are crazy people in every country, don't just point out the US. :Smug:

I used to frequent that club quite often while in college in ohio. I remember listening to pantera quite often when younger. this is so sad.

Check the stats boy, there are far more of such crazy people in the US alone than in other so-called civilized countries like Canada, France, Great Britain, Germany or Australia together.

Didn't mean to point out the US alone but it's ridiculous in proportion to these countries - sad enough though.

blaming the US for this sad incident is simply wrong. you can illusion yourself that the US is filled with more insanity then any other given place in this world.

you`ll find hate everywhere. Perhaps people blame US for being filled with insanity because they themselves see (or used to see) america as a role model for a free (and maybe supposed to be a safe) place...

this is definitly not the place for blamming.
RIP Diamond Darrel.

Yes thank you Folklore, wise words.

This is very sad indeed. I spent much of last night listening to pantera.

yeah
I know the guy who did that.. he didnt touch him there wasnt anything physical there.. guess the guy was drunk or something, or maybe he's just an asshole.

Di'anno himself is much of a firestarted, a true punk. He kicked the first band that came up on stage 5 minutes before they were supposed to go because of his hige ego-trip, he then started swearing at the band that played with him (he came on his own and played with a local band, one of the best israeli hard rock group!) and the way he talked on stage was seriously dirty. Not that its something unusual for a punk, but I guess that the audience here is used to a different style of shows. And some also say that he didnt sing Maiden's songs the way he used to, he almost growled on some ballads but owell thats a matter of tatse.
from my rather short acquaintanceship with the guy I think he has a good soul, he's a GREAT GUY when meetinghim face to face.
he's just untained thats all.. :)
