R.I.P. Metal Dave 1971-2010

The problem with not having internet at home is that I miss out on so many things. Dave's girlfriend called me on Saturday night and let me know. I am heartbroken. Dave was an amazing guy whom I can say I loved very much.

You'll be missed.

That sucks royally. I think I know who he is and I do recall chatting with him on occasion at previous ProgPowers.

First, the guy that was killed in a car wreck on the way home from the last ProgPower and now this. Tragic indeed.

Very sad. Su, Dave is the one that gave me that Great Kat tape that I tormented you with. Didn't know him well, but that alone made him a cool guy to me.

For any of you interested, here's the Facebook link of the last project Dave was involved with before his untimely passing. Will wait a few weeks before I contact any of the others to see how/if it's coming along... but anyway the idea he had was great. How many new terrestrial radio stations do you see popping up these days? And a metal one at that.
