Dates have been confirmed for the 2013 Ragnarokkr Festival!

Friday May 3 and Saturday May 4

I'm planning on making the trip again. This year's fest was a lot of fun.

I'm currently planning to attend the Ragnarokkr Metal Festival next year for the first time. Hoping the travel budget allows for it.

Split Heaven is a great sounding band. I was expecting to host them in Atlanta last year around the time of Warriors of Metal Fest. But their tour dissolved. So now I may have the opportunity to catch them after all.

Seems like such a weird choice though. However, I'm not complaining as they were one of my favorites from last year's Progpower.

I would hope this is part of a bigger plan to draw the attention of the prog crowd. I don't think them alone will bring in any fence sitters, but that's just my opinion.
