I do agree with the statement where saying that climbing up stage can be considered trespassing. Cause seriously, if I was performing on stage and some crazy guy climbs up on stage and approaches me. You wouldn't know if the the dude may be up there to threaten you or try to do some stupid crazy shit with a weapon or whatnot.

Anyway, I think the dude had no business climbing up there in the first place. It just sucks that he died though.

I totally agree. And I think of it as a tragic accident due to lack of security, not as manslaughter... There was obviously no intention to cause death.

And for all those who don't like LoG or Randy : this is not about music, imagine you were in that kind of situation, somebody really pisses you off, you push him a little too hard, the guy's hammered so he falls down and unfortunately hurt himself to death... How would you like ending up in jail because of that guy? Pushing him was legit. Too bad he died but you can't blame the guy who had to deal with his idiocy. If you're that much of a fan, just stay in the fucking pit if you want the thrills...
