Just got this coupon in my email. Looks like the deal is going on until Saturday at 11:59 PST. Good deal I assume? I my iLok still hasn't arrived, so I don't know if I'd be using it all that often.

I don't think so.

I bought Trigger EX and upgraded to Platinum, which overwrote the EX license on my iLok, so I would assume upgrading to VCC will be the same.



Really debating this - The price is great, but I'm not sure if the subtle tone changes VCC will give is really worth the price over RC-Tube... Plus, You can get Metal Foundry for $89 on Amazon right now - Which I think I'd probably get more useful results out of?

My Ilok 2 arrived. can't download Tube till tomorrow.

The upgrade is a bargain, but even at $99 there's no way I can afford it. ( unless one of my kids wants it for Christmas )

What I gather is that if you bought it during the $49 offer, you get the option to upgrade for $99.
