Ready to learn

So this is something I threw together using Amplitube 3 (egh, not my favorite but that's the point of trying something new). I don't have a bass so I ran my guitar through a GSP1101 and faked the bass sound lol. Metal Foundry for the drums.

The intro was inspired by another post I heard on this forum where the guy did a stutter/gate effect on his guitars, I don't think they sound anything alike but its a very cool idea. Please let me know what you hear, good/bad, I'm still getting my feet wet but the only way to learn is by jumping in the deep end right

Hey, my name's Cory too. The stutter effect doesn't sound very good, honestly, it sounds like it was chopped up by hand. The tone could use some gain and some low end for sure.

Yeah I did the stutter by hand, I didn't really want it to sound "uniform" though. I was going for a broken speaker/cable effect but I'll look at it again. I really think the lose of low end is coming from that fake bass, hopefully I can rememdy that problem soon. I'll try another mix with the gain up on the guitars, I had the pre's set top about 2:30.
