Really beautiful cover for Omerta

Be sure to play it a bit faster, like this guy ;)

tsss, what a pussy, he plays his blasts with TWO FEET:ill:

He should be ashamed.:err:

Of course I could do that at least 2 times faster and at least 10 times as good, but it so happens to be that I can't record it to proof it all:saint:

Nah, I don't like that kind of drumming; No feel, no coordination, no technique, no taste overall... just speed.
The only man I really like in the genre iiiis:

uuum, but on topic, no, if I would record it I only would do it in the original speed, following the genious minds who wrote it ;P

I'll give her credit for being able to perform the song, but it's a pretty lifeless and monotone version of the song. There's no passion in her playing or in her voice. :yuk:

We can discuss about taste and feel, but this guy surely has coordination and technique!

@the omerta girl
Actually women often play guitar so brutal, atleast that's my experience. She hits the notes but the feeling is missing for me. But it's always good to hear other people being inspired by Katatonia.

Yeah I noticed that...Shocked that he can hit that snare so friggin fast, but cannot use one leg. Kinda like the drummer from Dry Kill Logic...he was so horrible...he could barely do the blast beat...ran out of breath so fast...half assed beat is more like it.

well, as for the coordination he's nice and accurate, you can tell the beats from eachother, but he's pretty much always with both hands on one tom in fills doing more than 4 beats per tom, and the blastic just requires hands in the right place and speed.
And lets talk about technique if he plays some polyrhythms or something, what this dude does is only right left right left all the time. But yeah, his hand technique is good for what he does; playing fast

I'm not trying to start an argument btw ;P
