Really good 4-5 channel mixer?

So right now im using a Behringer UBB1002 and didn't see anything wrong with it until yesterday when i tried (for the first time) the desk in university which is a 32 channel mackie mixer , the signal was so clean and noise free so im just looking for something similair but with WAY less channels probably about 4-5 channels my budget is about £200, any ideas?

Been keeping an eye out for something similar, i need a small format mixer for band rehersals and possibly some sub mixing live occasionally. I'd like to get something high quality with nice pres so i can use it for extra pres but all I've been able to find is really crappy cheap stuff.

I saw somegthing called a Mackie V400 or something similair but I'd like to know how much of an improvement its gonna do to my signal
