Reamp nr 3 / Emg 81 / pelsuo 2247 /Ola's DI

Hi,

So i messed around a bit more with my reamp box. Tried Ola's awesome DI, so thank you Ola!!! Think i did pretty well, got some nice grind out of the 5150.
I went with the Pelsuo again instead of the trusted sm 57 and did a quick drum mix for the reamps.

Yeah, but i'd say it is 90% Engl. The Engl is quite a bit darker and the mesa has tasty mids. Ola used Emg81 and that did a huge improvement on the sound. I had a hard time getting a somewhat good tone out of your Loomis pickups :S

I think it's a bit on the scratchy side at the moment. Might work better with a bass in there though.

So its the ENGL on this clip?

It is Engl and Mesa But the mesa is very low so i'd say it is 90/10 Engl/mesa.


Plankis there is bass in there, just mixed with very little tone But i only did a qucik drum/bass mix. And i agree that the guitars are a bit scratchy.

Well it was an improvement non the less so i will keep on working
