hello guys! i will buy a sansamp rbi and i want to reamp some di's! that the question,can i use a cable like this:

or i have to buy a reamp box?
if i use only the cable,direct from my audio interface TO my audio interface,what are the differences? thanks in advance!
*also i have a little question...i track at 2ms latency,but cubase says 6 or 7 i cant remember...i have tight guitarists while tracking and then i want to edit perfectly the di's...can i change back the di to -0.007 seconds? or... what? please help me thanks in advance!
