recommend me some grind...

I'd like some grind with good rythm section if possible (I like loud bass pass and solid drumming) and if it can be a bit catchy/groovy that's always a plus.

Please don't recommend digital crap and drum-machine bands. I'd rather listen to drum&bass rather than this shit.

some bands I like: Nasum, Exit-13, Terrorizer, Repulsion, Circle of dead Children, Bile, Cretin, Birdflesh, Insect Warfare, Assuck, Brutal Truth, Fistfuck, Mesrine, etc.
