As you linked, you can get it as import on amazon.com.

However, you can't buy a 'domestic' copy on amazon.co.uk.

Mael Mordha were amazing at HCII (which was my first exposure to them), and Cluain Tarb is an amazing album. I don't know how many times I've listened to it since I got it. The whistle parts in the title track kick alotta ass. I second this recommendation!

They sold out of the CDs about almost right after Mael Mordha left stage. No lie. Fortunately I forced my way to the merch stand before they did.
