RECOMMENDATION: Vindensang - "Terminus: Rebirth in Eight Parts"

Going to aim for 5 - 7 recommendations this week. If this is not prolific enough for you guys then someone else might as well take over.

Heavy Agalloch influence on this one. Met the guy who is the mastermind behind this project when Moose and I were releasing tapes on our "label". He had put out a pretty good ambient demo and followed it up with this full-length album. Sort of post-rock / ambient / metal / neo-folk is how I would categorize this band.

This song is not on the album but I wanted to post it first because I think it's great (neo-folk)

i think it's because the song is from that one compilation that was done as a tribute to the painting in question

can i just say that regardless of the musical quality, people who don't know swedish/nordic grammar should not attempt using swedish/nordic words in their band names, it gets pretty embarrassing

Nah I know man. Another Swedish friend once mentioned something like that to me. I personally would never name my band something in a language which I did not understand.

Dont know about that but Latin is fucked up quite alot aswell. I mean, Solitude Aeturnus renamed themselves and its still wrong.

yeah even without knowing a shred of latin i can tell that literally every black metal band fucks up the grammar all the time
