Recommendations for in-ears/earplugs?

I seem to have lost my in-ears, so I need to get some new ones. I was using like a $100 pair from Etymotic. They did a pretty damn good job. Any other recommendations? I'm curious as to how the custom-fitted ones fare, and how much you've paid for them. Bonus if I can get in-ears as well as earplugs (for concerts, etc. I've never found any that fit) fitted from the same place.

I use EarSonics (http://www.earsonics.com). They're a French company and actually from my city. Best in-ears in the world (not cheap but as always in audio world, you get what you pay for) and amazing earplugs for concerts (EarPad)

I use some moulded ears with 15db and 10 db filters. Under 200 in aus. In ears ultimate ears.

I have Elacin's/Exinore's. I have compared them with my headphone while listening to music, and they do an incredibly good job.

Whats also great about them is that they are sold with an warranty (for 2 years). If you lose your earplugs, you get new ones.

I use the Shure SE425's that came with my PSM 900. My drummer had a lower end Shure model and recently switched to them and he says they sound much better.

holy shit, some decent in ears for $20? i'm about to buy some now. i've been looking for some ears to try when doing monitors etc to keep all that stage shit out. work in a really live room.
