recording with electronic drum kit

if you have an e-drum kit and no brian.....do you just put all the cables staight into, say a Firepod ??

Can you then have drumagog, or something like that, trigger the kit in realtime for each channel in the firepod ???

based in the south east wexford waterford area but im living in dublin which sucks 3 hour journey every w/e. Yea you wouldent have heard of us unless you were from around there mostly did gigs in kilkenny wexford just sacked the drummer nd we are getting barry english from cork to do drums cant wait as we did a gig with him before and he is fucking sick drummer. what band you in? where you based?

Barry English from For Ruin? I've heard he's deadly. I know a good few lads from Waterford and Kilkenny but I'm from Limerick and in college in Galway. My bands called Shardborne but we've not recorded properly yet ourselves. I might end up playing in Waterford during the summer. An old bandmate is setting up a gig there.
