I loved The Perfect Element, but I can't seem to get into this disc. Its a little too mellow for my tastes. What do you guys think??

I don't know what to tell you. I love Remedy Lane. I suppose I see what you mean by being more mellow, though...it is my favorite so far (and I love them all). Then, it could be just because it's the freshest for me...we'll see.

With the exception of This Heart Of Mine, Dryad, and Second Love, I don't think Remedy Lane is mellow at all, and brings back the metallic intensity of the first two albums that were lacking a bit on TPE. I love the album to death, such incredible passion and artistic diversity, incorporating all the attributes that made the first three albums so remarkable while adding many captivating new nuances...
