The second one sounds decent, just pull back the reverse a tiny bit, and i think you'll enjoy it more

I see what you mean, though. But as for the stops on the guitar, they're almost 100% perfect, imo.

But i can somewhat agree with the mud, because i tried to force a lot of bass into this mix.

Your guitars are too crunchy, imo. They need a smoother presence.
Also, the synth would REALLY help.
Drum parts are wrong.
Needs more present cymbals with A LOT more room.

Less bass, too. Or at least EQ out some of the muddiness

Also, the depth just isn't there.
