Renting audio equipment?

I'm tracking my first band (have mixed for plenty but never tracked a band) and I was wondering if there was a place I could rent audio equipment? I'm driving down to Morgantown, WV to record them and while i'm doing guitars and bass DI (countryman through my profire) I'm a bit weary about my choice of mic for vocals.

They are a chili peppers kinda band with a female vocalist (also first time mixing female vocals) and they only mic I have available that I think will suffice is an AKG Perception 220. I HATE mixing this mic, no matter who I used it on it always just sounds like crap (compared to my SM7b I used to own). Is there any place I could rent a mic that anyone knows about?

Also, we plan on programming the drums, what is the best way to go about this? Just record scratch drums with one or two mics and program it when I get home?

Sorry for being a newb when it comes to this
