Recently I decided to get down to things and write my first book. It's going to be in the form of a travelogue and based on alternative culture in Israel. For me the obvious starting point is the metal scene. So, I would like to ask of you kind people if you could share your recollections with me.
For any Israelis willing to help; I basically want to know when and how you first came to love metal, and any history on the scene, recollections etc
For the non Israeli fans; what was your view of Israel before you discovered Israeli metal? And do you have any entertaining stories to share?
Obviously I'd like to talk to more people in person but I'm only currently able to squeeze that sort of research in at the end of June when I'm in the country.
