Revalver Idea

Ok, so I was just messing about in Revalver with the single tubes and tonestacks, and I was wondering whether someone with good electronics knowledge could use the schematics for a 5150 and build an amp in Revalver that may sound very similar. Anyone with Revalver willing to try?

There is a 5150 preset in one of the sound banks. Don't know how close to the unprocessed real thing it is, but it's worth a try

By the way, you can take a look of his solo album. If you like his solo guitar tone, you can make it with revalver presets, because he made them on the base of his Carvin amp.

Yeah, there's schematics for like every tube amp online. So the schematics are really easy to find.

He actually used impulse responses(of his whole chain for this album), not schematics. And in the end he said, that in a blind test he can hardly distinguish the real stuff from the IRs in Revalver.

By the way, Dimi will try to emulate the a 5150 with his old Peavey Rock master Tube Preamp and then to try the same kind of distortion and character with the dists in RevalverMK II.
