I was checking out the Revalver MkII demo using the FXPansion VST-RTAS Wrapper, but it crashed Pro Tools after about a minute. This is on OS X 10.4.8.
Just a heads up for any PT users thinking about trying it, don't bother. It might work on Windows, though.
