Revisited an old mix

i recorded a band a while back, and initially went for quite a dirty production. since I have had a bit of time on my hands, I thought id try out a slightly cleaner sound.

also wanted to demo the 112 redline reverb, so there is a couple of instances of that on here.

opinions on the mix would be sweet

I like the song. The bass and guitar tones are both pretty good.

Any chance of posting the old mix for comparison?
What exactly did you do change to go from a more dirty mix to a cleaner mix?

I think the kick could do with being a bit louder in certain bits, it gets a bit buried.

I think its the same amp, but I can't remember for certain....the bass tone is all the bass, the player and the new strings though, sounded great even by itself.

guitar tone is TSL and 6505 through marshall cab (i think)
with the drums, I changed the reverb, took out the ambience mic (which was heavily compressed and disorted) and generally used less intrusive cleaner samples.
