I am not good at DSP Programming. Seriously!
I just keep try and error thousand time.
Understanding and hear the sound.
See Freq Analysis.
Where is the lo punch freq touch.
Where is the rock mid freq will touch.
and also hi...

Everything in RevolutionZ is just base on my ears and sound experience!
Song/band reference:
- Jimi hendrix sound for British A. Jimi Hendrix use JMP.
- Paul Gilbert, Van Halen sound for British B. JCM or Peavey something.
- Metallica, it is pure MESA BOOGIE.
- RHCP (californication) -> for clean.
etc...

In clean for vintage sound like RHCP (use fender gtr and marshall clean)
-> Voicing 1 KHz and 6 dB with mid freq 750 Hz something.
Smooth clean fender
-> voicing 2 KHz and 6 dB with mid freq 500 Hz.

Use NECK PICK UP or Bridge pick up with LOWER GAIN.

Being a programmer myself, I have met some amazing programmers that can't speak a word of english. So companies in that position hire representatives who can specifically speak both.

Just don't give up because your plugins were cracked. It is a drag and a plague to the entire software industry. As others have said, in a way it is compliment which means your software is popular enough to be cracked.

Sort of like cover bands I guess. It would be a proud day for me if my songs were popular or good enough that another band wanted to pay tribute by learning it playing it.
