Brand new 4th full length album 'THE VAN MURDERS' by Swedens old school death metal machine RIBSPREADER will be released on April 25th.
The album sounds like the classic RIBSPREADER debut album Bolted to The Cross. Less groovy then Opus Ribcage, WAY more raw, harsh and old school (band leader Rogga expressed it as: Dirty simple oldschool death metal, no frills and lots of chills).
RIBSPREADER is one of Rogga Johansson longest lasting bands (of course he is known for his bands as PAGANIZER, DEMIURG, THE GROTSEQUERY, BONEGNAWER).
"The Van Murders" is the first RIBSPREADER concept album about two killers named The Cleaner and Mr Filth. Cover art by Turkka Rantanen (The Grotesquery, Demilech, Demiurg). The album is mixed/mastered by Patrick Bruss (Impetigo, Deteriorot) at the Filth Chamber in Denver, Colorado, USA, who also performed lead guitars on this album.
