You yanks and what not won't know him i assume, but imagine your biggest, most respected and well known racing driver and one of the most well known people in general, that was him. This guy was/is a fucking legend! he won the Bathurst 1000 9 times! which is the biggest race in oz. He was killed today in a racing accident poor bastard nailed a tree at i imagine great speed. Im going to go have many beers after work in his honor and maybe cry myself to sleep

Ouch just saw a video from the crash scene he hit a tree straight into his door, the door was covered in the shit but that entire side of the car was a mess. it was driver error, he was driving a yanky car so that could explain alot
